Improve Pricing Plans App

I created a “upgrade your plan” button as a work around and added it to the custom member page. However, there is still a problem when the member sees the other membership plans on the account login bar dropdown. When a membership other than the plan purchased is selected the system tells the user that this page is for paid members only along with the “see plans” button. The problem is that the button shows only the one plan that the user clicked on (on the account login bar) and not the entire Pricing Plans page with all the plan options. For example if you offer 5 plans and the user purchases the low grade plan they will not see the other 4 plans but just the one plan they clicked on the account login bar. The button on the warning page needs to connect to the Pricing Plans page and show all the options.
