# Incorrect domain url supplied to payment gateway

**Question:**  
On initiating a payment, I notice that the originating url and domain have incorrect characters and as a result of this, the payment fails.

Wix Editor

**What are you trying to achieve:**  
The domain reported by failed payment is like: [www-domainname-com.filesusr.com](http://www-domainname-com.filesusr.com)  
We want to get this [www.domainname.com](http://www.domainname.com)
