Thank you @Yisrael, my site address is www.teawithkarin.com I also have design and have no issues with the other website www.chloemiller.com i have addressed wix support and they keep blaming internet provider and internet provider blames wix. I’m caught in the crossfire and don’t know who to turn to, hence why I commented here. My friends also having issues with my site too and I’m wondering if it has to do with page redirects. as I am launching online classes where students can log in and the class pages aren’t visible on the website only under the member entry area only. It seems older software on older computers or tablets can’t even load my standard website anymmore so I don’t know what to do. I’ve paid a small fortune to Wix for video space and shopping cart and none of it works. 
I’m at a loss of what to do next.
