Insufficient permissions when trying to get activities

Hi Guys,
I got the following error when trying to get orders using HTTP API Get /activities.
{“errorCode”:403,“message”:“Unauthorized. Insufficient permissions [missing ActivitiesReadEcommerce].”,“wixErrorCode”:-23030}
I have added product and order read permissions to App before processing the OAuth flow.
Is there anyone that has the same issue ? Is there any work around regarding to this problem ?

I have sent email to developer support team, and they said:
“It does not work because your app is not approved.”
