It is not possible to directly modify your wix site files.
To embed the map you can simply copy and paste the code into an iframe , however uploading the css file is not possible.

You cannot upload CSS files to your site. The only option to add these kind of maps to your site is using HTML iFrame. Instead of uploading the JS files and CSS files, you can use the tag for the JS code and the tag for the CSS code.
