Introducing Wix Chat Flow (Concept)
Accessible from the CRM Tools, Wix Chat Flow is a new way to structure your site chat! Create simple or complex flows using cards and flows! Create one flow for your whole site, or multiple flows for different pages. (Once a site user has started a flow, they will remain in that flow when they navigate to a page with a different flow, unless they refresh the page/restart the chat flow)
Cards
There are 4 main card types: Video; text; question and link. These are used to build your Chat Flow.
Flows
This is the way that you connect cards together. Start at the beginning and build your flow!
Using the left hand menu, add new cards to the editor and link them into the flow. Use videos for answers where text might be too long, or links when an answer can be found on your site.
Include wait times between a piece of text and the next question.
Wix Chat Flow is the step forward in automating your workflow. Only answer the questions you need to and let Chat Flow do the rest!
