Is it possible to add search bar with specific dataset entry matched like, Item only showed when a specific contact matched from dataset?

I have a public post page. Where registered user can post their item. I want an item edit search bar top of the page where Registered user can search their posted items to edit by second mobile number which is considered to be a secret key.
