Is it possible to create a personalized read only page for each client?

Hi Can you guide me to a video /tutorial describing how I can create a client progress feedback page that can be updated via a back-end database. I would like this personal information to be client specific and accessible only for that client . I hope this makes sense. An example is ability via login to access medical information pulled from a patients personal database.
