Is there a way to refresh a page from menu?

We have a contact page with a slider, and a button that also goes to the contact page, but goes to a specific slide in the slider.

Is there a way to refresh the page, if the contact menu link is clicked on, when the user is already in the contact page?

I made a URL listener, and made it refresh the page that way.
