# Issue integrating AWS using Wix Instructions

Hi forum team,

I followed the instructions TWICE and each time received the following error when trying to run the AWS App Runner Service:

I’ve tried looking up the “unrecognized error: 28000” and it seems to have to do with inaccurate credentials (username, password). **I have gone through the Wix instructions with a fine-toothed comb and ensured that I used the correct “Master username” and “Master password” for the DB instance, but I still get the same connection status error.**

**Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this error?**
