Issue with Booking Custom Forms

I’m going to post this here as I’ve been waiting for a callback request for some time now…

This first screenshot is of the Custom Booking Form of one of our booking services. At the top you see the name of the service and at the bottom you’ll see one of the Required fields that is the centre of my concern. It’s a very important field but as per the second screenshot, it looks like people are somehow able to book this service without checking this field.

Is this an issue? How are people able to bypass a required field? Could it possibly be related to the Spaces app? Though your team has assured me that people can’t book through it anymore, as I’ve removed that option from the app. Not good…

I’m not 100% sure on this - but since you’ve opened a ticket will you let us know when you hear from support?

First - thank you for taking the time to reach out and raise your issue.

The reason why some of your clients might be able to bypass the mandatory fields in the bookings form, might be related to the fact that when a client is booking a class service using a Wix Mobile app, the form step is skipped and the client is not required to fill it out.
We appreciate your feedback on this mater and will review it further. In the meantime, we suggest using the Announcement feature in the mobile app, to make sure your clients are aware of this policy.

No, the Booking Over Time Reports in the Dashboard indicate that the bookings I was referring to were done via desktop/browser. Not on the Wix Mobile App. I’ve disabled the services/bookings feature from our app months ago, after noticing that the app makes it so people are not asked to go through required and important booking fields when booking (still don’t understand how the argument for this is that you want the app to favour speed over quality…).
