I have renewed the domain, my premium plan is active, but still the website is down…

Yep. By the looks of it, you renewed the domain, but not the hosting. If you want to connect your domain to the site, you have to pay for hosting as well 
That’s the Ascend tools (email marketing etc.) To connect your domain, you need the hosting (premium plan)
