Issue with email changing on all sites in my portfolio

Question:
I am working on a new site and when I set the email. It changed the email address for all the other websites I have worked on. Is there a master email that I may have clicked into? My client is also receiving emails from a form not intended for her. I checked and the email address for four sites have all changed to the new email address I just created.

Additional information:
It’s been a few years since I have created a wix site so I am a little rusty. Each site should be its own so not sure why when I create a new email for the new site it affects the other sites.
