I am currently experiencing an issue with the compatibility of my website https://www.uptodate.de/ on iPads, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
I have implemented a script using custom code to integrate the Usercentrics service, which manages consent preferences. The website functions without any problems on all devices except for iPads, where we have observed that the Usercentrics dialog box does not close when users interact with any button or link within the dialog. Consequently, users are unable to access the website beyond this point.
I have verified that the iPads I have tested are running the latest software version.
Any ideas?
