# Issues I Experienced with Wix Harmony

**I’m having trouble with**  
Wix Harmony Editor — Wix Stores products and Wix Chat are not displaying on my website.

**What I’m trying to do**  
I’m trying to build my website using Wix Harmony and have my Wix Stores products display correctly on the Shop page. I also want to add and display Wix Chat on the website.

**What I’ve tried so far**

- Tried repeatedly installing and uninstalling the Wix Stores app.
- Checked the Shop page multiple times, but the products would not appear.
- Added Wix Chat through the Wix app, but it also did not display on the website.
- Contacted the Wix Help Center and explained both issues.
- The Wix support team investigated the issues but could not find an immediate solution. They asked me to stay in contact while they continued looking into the problems.
- Due to a tight deadline, I could not wait any longer and eventually converted the entire website to the Wix Classic Editor.
- After switching to the Classic Editor, both issues were resolved and I did not experience the same problems.

**Extra context**  
Both issues occurred while I was working in Wix Harmony. Since the same website and features worked normally after switching to the Classic Editor, I’m wondering whether these could be compatibility or known issues with Wix Harmony.

I’m sharing this to find out whether anyone else has experienced similar issues with Wix Harmony, particularly with Wix Stores products not appearing on Shop pages and Wix Chat not displaying.

I’ve not come across this before, so don’t have much to add.

I would have recommended you open a ticket with Customer Care for this, so glad to know we’ve already completed that step. If you get an answer from there, I’d love to hear what solved it.

All that said, it does sound like this might be a one off issue, since I know there are Wix Harmony sites using both apps.
