I've issues creating a custom register new member form

Hi Guys,

I’m new to velo and I really can’t figure out something, I’ll explain.

I want to create a custom form to allows people to register to my website and appears as a member on my website. I also want to create a custom login form but it seems too far since I’m having issues creating the register form (I would appreciate if you can help me on both).

Here’s my code :

I would like to have more details like “firstname”, “lastname” and “phone number” on my form but I can’t even make it with an email and a password so I would also like to get some help to implement these three more field.

When I try to register myself on the published version, it shows me the errorMessage and in the log of the preview I’ve this :
