I have a bunch of forms labelled ‘Contact’ - how can I re-name them so they clearly match to each respective form on live site? Somehow I have been able to name 1 of the forms ‘Shore support…’ but when I go back into each lightboxes form settings it won’t give me an option to manipulate the naming conventions… I have tried to use Lightboxes as a lead gen form function rather than the typical form templates. Am I best to revert back to form templates instead of Lightboxes for online enquiry lead captures?

I would encourage you to check out our Help Center or get in touch with our customer care team . They should be able to steer you in the right direction.
