First of all
What are the blue lines & how do I control them.
My lay-out gets missed up in different platforms in the preview in Wix-studio.
Desktop version is fine (3 boxes next to each other), try to straighten them out in ‘tablet & phone’ view and they go off screen.
How to solve this?

The blue lines just indicate the outline of the section ( they do not appear on the published site)
With the 3 boxes its hard to tell without more information on how you have set them up.
You should be able to adjust these easily on the lower breakpoints to suit with settings in the right handside inspector panel.
