I am using a lightbox (pop-up) window to showcase a portfolio. My problem is that there is more information on the screen in mobile view, and it’s not allowing me to scroll down to see the rest of the content. Your help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure on how it looks at this point, but I can suggest you set overflow content to scroll in lightbox, if you want content inside the lightbox container to be scrollable, @Rob WDYT about this?
