Hi!
It seems I can add promotion lightbox bars to the top or bottom of the page.
AND
I can set the background around the lightbox to be transparent (although it is buggy).
BUT
It seems, that even with a transparent background, the lightbox is blocking the entire site under it,
even if the lightbox itself is just a bar at the bottom.
So, I would like to use the lightbox like those cookie policy bars, where the bar is always visible, but you can use the site underneath.
(I can simulate the effect with a frozen footer, used as promotional bar, and a strip with the footer information copied to the bottom of every page, but this is not really efficient.)
