Link to a dynamic page

Hi,
I have created this Necrologie Collection and created a form to input it.
I want a button to redirect me to that form but when I select the form using the link function of the button, then I select Page and the form page. The “Done” button is greyed out.

This is the only Necrologie(ID) page available in the drop down.

Why is this happening?

Hi,

is your form in a regular page or a dynamic page? my guess is that it is in a dynamic page which results in the system preventing you from doing so
