Linking within the same text

Hi, i am wondering if it is possible to link paragraphs to the content table within the same text box?

I have two multistate boxes and they contain quite a lot of text in their expanded states.
I thought to add a table of content at the beginning of each text and make it so that when a user clicks on one item of the content table, then the page scrolls down to the respective paragraph.
for example:
content table:

  1. privacy

  2. data
    when user clicks on 1.privacy - then page scrolls down to the paragraph with the same text: 1.privacy bla bla bla lots of bla. when user clicks to 2.data - scroll down to paragraph that starts with 2.data - bla bla bla even more blas.

Is this possible?
