I use the email marketing to send out promotional flyers for clients hosting events.
I have received a declined message a few times saying “This campaign cannot be sent because it breaches our Terms”.

All my mailers have similar content about various events and attendees and topics that will be discussed.

It does not specify anywhere which content has been blocked specifically or is not allowed to be shared over email marketing.

Is there a list I could refer to for the content that is banned for such mailers ?

I would not want to keep repeating the same pattern of mistakes and get my subscription terminated.

It would be helpful if I can connected to someone who can guide me about the do’s and don’t of the content showcased on these flyers, so that I can update my clients accordingly.

If you think you haven’t breached any of these guidelines and are still having your campaigns get declined, I would recommend reaching out to Wix Support since they may be able to check internally with the respective team and perhaps give you a more detailed response on exactly why your campaigns are getting declined.
