List of thousands of Tags and Categories in Blog - Ahhhh

Well I now have hundreds (it may be in the thousands) of different tags when I am uploading my blog. I scroll down to the tag I want to click on. Now I want another existing tag and I have to scroll down loads again. I now compile a list in Indesign then copy and paste each tag separately from Indesign to Wix. It would be great to have an easier system. I was thinking that we create a new folder named for say our latest blog that only contains those tags and none of the earlier ones. So when I need to access the same or similar list for for a new blog I can copy the folder and edit it easily leaving the older list intact to the old blog and a new list for the latest blog. If you can come up with a better solution it would make my work quicker as more blogs I add the list will get bigger and harder to handle. Also the same needs to be applied to the categories for the blog too.
