Listing and search facility

I have done basic websites using wix, but looking to introduce a search facility around a product listing. A bit like a real estate agent - where users can list properties and buyers can search listed properties - or possibly set up alerts for new properties that match their criterea. Wondering if this is a velo project or if there is a current wix template that can be rejigged to accommodate this.
