My site cannot find the shop app I have attached? How can I attach it?

I have added the WIX shop to my site, edited and published it. But the live site will not find the shop page - it keeps bringing me to a 404 page saying it can not find the link. I imagine it is simple, but if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
