Hello!
I have some questions about this post: https://www.wix.com/corvid/forum/tips-tutorials-examples/how-to-create-a-search-for-your-database.
What does “continents” mean? When it says “loadContinents”, “lastFilterContinents”, “continent”, etc. What am I supposed to type here? Am I meant to leave it as it is? Or should I change it? If so, what should I change it toasxc?

It’s an example for travels website. In this example continent (such as Europe or Africa) is a parameter you can search by. Watch the video in the link there.

I have watched the video, but it does not explain what to replace “continents” with. Am I missing something? Should I change it to the name of my collection, or what?

Is it possible for someone to create a google doc with everything you need to replace and with what? If this is too much just say so :slight_smile:

@alexanderconway The example demonstrates how to search a country database. The names choses are meant to be meaningful for this example. If you want to search for recipes (as an example), then you will want to choose appropriate names for the database collection, collection fields, function names, and so on.

I would recommend reading the Wix Data documentation to learn the basic concepts. This will help you better understand the example.
