Long image that is placed inside a container is broken when published

Question:
I put an image (390x7944 px) inside a container (H764px) and added vertical scroll, it works on preview but when published the image is broken. The image is a mobile website design, since its really long in height, I figured it would be nice to display it within a container that is less long, and make it scrollable within.
Would appreciate any help to fix this issue.

Hello, @Yoshiho_Onodera

You’re facing an issue where an image that scrolls correctly in the Wix Studio preview is not displaying properly once published. This can be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to showcase a mobile website design in a professional manner. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:

Image File Integrity: Ensure that the image file itself is not corrupted. Try re-uploading the image to Wix Studio and see if that fixes the issue.
Container Settings: Double-check the container settings to make sure that the overflow is set to allow for vertical scrolling and that no other settings are interfering with the image display.
Image Format and Size: Consider the format and size of your image. Large images can sometimes cause issues when published. Try compressing the image or using a different format that is web-optimized.
Browser Compatibility: Test the published site in different browsers to see if the issue is browser-specific. Sometimes, what works in one browser may not work in another.

Remember to clear your browser cache after making changes to ensure that you’re seeing the most recent version of your site. I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue and get your image scrolling smoothly in the published version of your site!

@Yoshiho_Onodera have you set the container to scroll on overflow content
