I’m having trouble with
Changing my Wix account email. I lost access to the account associated with Wix, and can’t change it. I keep receiving a prompt about my entered password being incorrect, but it is correct.
What I’m trying to do
Change the email associated with the account
What I’ve tried so far
Tried resetting the password. Also tried opening a ticket with support, but no option for callback or chat is available. The chatbot notifies me that I’ll be contacted via email (which I have no access to).

Thank you Noah. The issue is not with logging in, though. I can still log in, even though the email is no longer active. I need to change the associated email. Every time I try to do so, it gives me a prompt that the password I entered is wrong. It is not. I even tried resetting it, multiple time.

Have you tried on another device/browser yet?

Using a different browser worked, thank you Noah. All the errors have cleared up when switching from Chrome to Opera.
