Thank you I know this program but it’s only related to Wix Stores and buying actions.
What I meant is the possibility to use this program with booking and challenge‘s action.
For example, If a member has attended to 3 booking sessions or has achieved an online program, he is eligible to a loyalty program that can be used in the Wix Store.
This would help participants to engage even more, especially in the framework of free (and subsidised) programs in change management.
Actually coupons are not linked to actions of users and can not be used with automations.
And that kind of reward brick is missing to have the full process and keep the users engaged.
