Hello Micheal,
It sounds like you are trying to create a gallery that the member can upload images to on his member page.
Follow this guide here to do that: Velo Tutorial: Using the Upload Button with Code | Help Center | Wix.com
You can check to see (on the members page) if the current user is the user of the member page, show the upload button, else keep it hidden.
