Managing 'Ended' Courses

Hi all!

So my client runs 6 or 7, sometimes 3 week long courses that start and end on the designated dates. When their participants signup, they attend the sessions from start to end and essentially graduate on the lat week.

This is great, however is makes it so with every course, we’re creating a new Booking Service and this then adds services to the Booking Services page in the Dashboard and slows things down. It looks like there currently isn’t an option to archive any of our booking services so how are you guys managing this aspect of booking services?

I know we could just delete the booking services from the dashboard once they’re no longer needed but as I understand it this would affect the calendar (I need to be able to look back and review for stats) and even the tags contacts get? I need to be able to rely on tags and as much information I can about our client base for marketing purposes.

You can safely go ahead and delete the finished courses services. All the data will be kept as is - previous sessions will still appear in the calendar, complete with the participants list, tags will not be deleted etc.
