Hi. I created a database to house 27 different questionnaire forms for customers to choose the relevant one to complete (I used Custom Forms). Can anyone tell me if you must have a database field for every single element on the form page? That’s going to be a long line of fields! Thanks.

Also: I will only keep a few fields of information once the order is complete so the majority of fields the customer will fill in will be deleted at that stage. However, I need all the information entry to be on a single document so customers don’t have to go from page to page to place an order. Any tips on how to best achieve this would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

Hi,

If you want to keep it nice and clean you can use a single collection with as many fields as needed.
Adding a few dozens will not affect the performance.
