We are setting up a car directory. Where members will advertise their cars for rental. Each Car will have photos and wording for its ad. I need to create a way for the public to enquire about this car directly to a membership log in for the owner of the car. The point to this is to prove how many enquiries that car has recieved for the year from our membership fees we charge each individual. The owner would also need to be able to respond to each email enquiry through their member ship log in area. Is this something we can do on Wix. Regards Zoe from @rustyandroses

Your vision sounds completely doable with a little bit of coding!
You can use those video tutorials to learn about some of the features of Wix Code and read here about the different coding methods.
At first, I would suggest you to learn about Collections and Databases - might be a main key to achieve your goal.
