Currently, with Wix events, you have access to the “Events” and “Tickets” collection fields to work with Corvid. However, these fields are read only as shown in the relevant articles here . If you are aiming for simplicity, my advice is to go with your second thought on creating this event. Creating 1 event with two ticket levels and having one type of ticket accessible to members (via a members only page) will automatically track the ticket inventory for this single event without the use of code.
