I have been attempting to set up my site menu via the set menuItems property in Velo. I have added links with the link provided in the editor for the various section URLs (baseURL/page#section-title). However these do not seem to work consistently, only taking the user to the page and not the section. Sometimes they do work but not often.
I have also noticed that if I create a menu in the editor and get the menuItems property, the links to the sections only contain a link to the page. How does the link know to go to the section if it only goes to the page? The menu constructed in the editor goes to the section as expected.
Why does setting the menuItems property for sections not work?
