Mini cart icon and login bar do not work on desktop view

I have created an e-commerce website by using Wix editor. However, the mini cart icon and login bar do not work on the desktop view while they are perfectly functional on the mobile view. What should I do to overcome this issue and get these features to function perfectly? It is really vital for my e-commerce site since the payments system provider requires to see these feature functional.
