So this is an issue that i’ve been having for a while, tried reaching out to support but they having been able to diagnose the issue.
When you hover over an item, the orange box doesn’t appear, but if you hover above then it will and it will work regularly.
Update: One alternative given by support was to use a regular menu however dynamic pages still show on the menu and there’s no option to hide them.

As for your issue, it is not a Wix Corvid issue that can be fixed through code, it is a glitch within the Wix Editor (I have it sometimes too on the desktop editor) where when it glitches the elements on the page are still in the same place, however the elements frames - like shown in your picture above - are offset from the actual elements themselves.
This can be solved by simply closing and reopening your Wix Editor, just making sure that you save before you close just in case you haven’t done so for a while.
