# Mobile site not leading fully and then reloads

**Question:**  
why is the mobile site not loading properly? it loads partially and refreshes immediately.

**Product:**  
made the site on wix studio.

**What are you trying to achieve:**  
good mobile compatible site

**What have you already tried:**  
tried trouble shooting
