Welcome Screen for Mobile View allows background color but not a background image.
Can Wix Code access the Welcome Screen for customization? If so, how can I add a background image?

That is a Wix app provided by Wix itself in the mobile tools.

You can’t change this by code, you can only do what is there in the app settings already.

If you are wanting to do something similar with a background image etc, then you will have to look at setting it all up yourself through code and with the use of Wix Window Form Factor.
