Moving media location

I have a lot of pictures and they are all in one place,
I have about 60 products and each of them has a minimum of 5 pictures.

All the pictures are messed up and I would like to take some time and put everything in different folders by product name.

The main question is whether this will disrupt the display of images on the Website as well as the display of all images outside of the product, or will everything be fine and when moving images from one location to another, the upload path will also automatically change to everything on the Website.

In my understanding, images uploaded to the Media Manager can be freely moved within it, even if they are already displayed on the site, without causing any issues. It seems that each file is assigned an invisible ID behind the scenes, which is used for management. This gives the impression that users don’t need to be aware of directory structures or paths. If anyone with more detailed knowledge on this matter could provide additional insights, it would be appreciated. :smiley:
