Multi Handle Slider to select range (like price filter in Stores)

Hi guys,
I need help to create a multi-handle slider which can select a range of values like the price filter in the Wix Stores App.
Like this


I dont mind using any custom html iframes, that would work well in this scenario and where I can set the minimum and maximum range of the entire slider manually.
