Multi-State Box

Hello Velo Developers,
I have a Multi-state box that I have used to create a form, I am hoping to get assistance on how to implement the next steps.

  1. On the 3rd stage, I want to review all fields in stage 1 and 2 before submission.

  2. Upon “Save” , I want to push data to google sheets (I am aware of the form automation trigger to submit into google sheets from Wix dashboard, but I am not sure how to apply it to a multi state box).
