Hi! You can do this with wix-automations with three different automations:

Trigger: user subscribes to newsletter. Action: send email 1. Timing: immediately.
Trigger: user subscribes to newsletter. Action: send email 2. Timing: 2 days after trigger.
Trigger: user subscribes to newsletter. Action: send email 3. Timing: 4 days after trigger.
