According to this from Wix, the multilingual component is not yet available for Editor X.

Note that Wix suggests:
“In the meantime, you can duplicate your site pages and translate the content manually into additional languages. Remember to add buttons that link to the same page in other languages to allow site visitors to easily switch language.”
