multilingual site with drop-down menu

Hi
I have created a regular site with drop-down menu in WIX. I would like to change it to a multilingual site.
With regular editor in WIX, it is impossible to create sites like this (site with drop-down menu).
Could I create it with API codes?
If yes, could anyone to help & explain me how to do?
