How do you put several questions (radio button groups) into an ordered list?

What are you trying to achieve:
One a few pages on the site I have a list of questions, all of which are multiple choice radio button groups. Instead of just adding a 1, 2, 3 on the title of each question, I would like to make it a bit easier for screen readers and put them into an ordered list.
What have you already tried:
I’ve put them in a stack… but that’s all I’ve got to. Pretty much stuck at this point.
