I migrated my domain to Wix from another service and now I use Zoho mail.
I have put the Zoho MX records but there is no option to delete the MX records of the previous provider.
I tried to contact support but I didn’t find any email ticketing service, only call.
I prefer to have written any information or guidelines.
Does anybody know how ot delete the said MX records??

I tried exactly that before I wrote to the community.
However, the dropdown menu on the edit MX records option allows only the addition of MX records, not editing per se.
I tried yesterday midday and the bot gave me the option of chatting directly with a support agent - and my issue has now escalated - .
Now I know to search for anything only during working hours because outside of working hours, the bot is not giving you the option of email but only calling.
I will keep the thread updated on how it will be solved.
