I REALLY NEED HELP. I just follow the tutorial to connect form to databases but it not going well. Form doesn’t have submit button. Form can not fill in the blank. Databases can not extract data. Pls need help.

Make sure you connect the button to be submit to the database u want as shown below:
Thanks you for reply. I made new form and still cant connect to database. There is no connection button shown.
You can’t do this with the Contact Form as you have used on copy-of-contact-us. You need to use your other contact page that has individual input components.
