I’m having trouble with: My website is completely inaccessible for users in Russia. When users there try to visit the site, it stucks on a perpetual loading screen and eventually fails to connect, while it works perfectly fine in Turkey and other countries.
Working in: Wix Editor (Wix Hosting) / Domain connected via GoDaddy.

What I’m trying to do: I want to ensure global accessibility for my site, specifically for my clients and users located in Russia, as they are a key part of my target audience.
What I’ve tried so far:
-
Checked the domain connection; it is correctly pointed from GoDaddy to Wix.
-
Verified that the site is live and functional in other geographic locations.
-
Tested via local Russian networks, and the issue persists across different ISPs in that region.
-
Checked DNS propagation, which seems fine globally, but the connection specifically drops or hangs within Russia.
Extra context: I suspect this might be related to local ISP restrictions or IP blocking by Roskomnadzor regarding Wix’s CDN/Server IP ranges. I am looking for a workaround or to see if Wix can provide a different IP block/load balancer that isn’t flagged, or if there are specific DNS settings I should adjust to bypass these regional loading issues.
